Karl Grohmann is a multi-talented percussionist, composer, and  educator who has made a name for himself in the vibrant music  scene of Boston, Massachusetts. Known for his innovative approach  to music and his willingness to experiment with a wide range of  genres and techniques, he has become a sought-after performer,  composer, and educator. 

As a drummer and percussionist, Karl Grohmann has worked with  some of the top musicians and bands in the Boston area, including  The Ballroom Thieves, The Novel Ideas, Weston Friendly Society, Ian  Ethan Case, Melodeego, Copal, and Lovewhip. He has also  developed a reputation for his unique use of found objects as  experimental sound sources, pushing the boundaries of what is  possible with percussion. 

As a composer, Karl Grohmann's music reflects his wide-ranging  musical influences, blending modern contemporary styles, art rock,  jazz, world, and 20th-century classical techniques to create a  distinctive sound that is both challenging and accessible.
